How is the EndureRow seat different from the standard seat?
The EndureRow seat is designed specifically for the unique seating position of a rowing machine, which will improve your workouts. Our seat has cushioning similar to a pad, but is also shaped to eliminate the painful pressure points under the sitz bones and the coccyx.

Is it easy to install the EndureRow seat?
Yes, the EndureRow seat comes with its own hardware and tool. You simply remove the four fasteners on the stock seat, then attach the EndureRow seat. Instructions are included with your seat, and are available here.

Do I need to make any adjustments to my rowing machine after installing the EndureRow seat?
The EndureRow seat height is slightly lower than the stock seat. You should experiment with lowering the heel rests one to three notches to compensate for the lower seat height.

Which way does the seat mount on my rowing machine?
The center cutout is towards the back of the machine. If you are standing behind the rowing machine, facing the display monitor, you can read “EndureRow.” I.E. it is not upside down.

How will the EndureRow seat improve my erg sessions?
With less distractions like pain, discomfort and numb legs, you should see improvements in your workouts, whether it be speed, distance, or just enjoyment. Set and achieve higher goals.

What is the EndureRow return policy?
You can return the EndureRow seat in original condition within 30 days and get a full refund. You only pay the return shipping charges. The seat is also guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. Please see our full warranty and return policy here.

What if I am a commercial or non-profit entity such as a gym, university, physical therapy, school or club?

What if I am outside of the United States or Canada?
We can ship for approximately $39 to Canada and $55 USD to many international locations using USPS International Priority. HOWEVER, due to Covid 19  we have experienced a degradation in the quality of service with delivery times now taking up to 1 month. If you have an account with FedEx, or UPS, we can accommodate you.

Lastly, we do not handle any fees, duties, tariffs, etc., that may due upon delivery. Those expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.
