The EndureRow Guarantee

EndureRow guarantees every product we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time of purchase, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return the product to EndureRow for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with EndureRow’s Warranty Policy. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge, if repairable.

Warranty Terms

EndureRow warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original owner and is non‐transferable. If damage is due to a material or manufacturing defect, EndureRow will repair or replace the product free of charge.

EndureRow reserves the right to determine if a product will be covered under warranty. Normal wear, cosmetic damage, and damage due to improper use, modification, negligence or transport are not covered under warranty. Your original invoice is your proof of purchase.

Returns (Warranty/Repairs)

To pursue a customer warranty claim, contact EndureRow. We will need a copy of your original invoice. You can start the process by contacting us via email, or by mailing your item, via US Postal Service, along with a copy of your invoice and a description of the problem, to:

You are responsible for the shipping cost to EndureRow. EndureRow will pay the shipping costs to return your item to you. *PLEASE NOTE: FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes.

30 Day Money Back Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your EndureRow product within 30 days of your purchase, you can return it, in original condition, for a refund, less the original shipping cost. Your seat purchase price (less the original shipping cost) will be refunded by the same method used for your purchase,. You are responsible for arranging return shipping and paying the associated costs. *PLEASE NOTE: FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes.  Please arrange your return through US Postal Service. Damage due to improper use, modification, or negligence is not covered under the 30 day money back policy.
